MediCharms (aka Miss Brooke's Company") was founded by parents with a need: to have a Medical ID that our daughter would wear. Our daughter, Brooke, was diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes at the age of four. We tried the medical ID tags that were available at the time, but she just wouldn't wear them.

Karla (Brooke's mom) had a dream that Brooke was wearing the teddy bear (Miss Brooke's Bear") as you see on this website. In 1997, we turned her dream into reality and founded "Miss Brooke's Company" to design and produce a line of Medical Identification Jewelry that children and adults would enjoy wearing. There are many different original MediCharms.

We have expanded your choices to include watches, bracelets, shoe tags and non-medical personal ID.
